Shareholder benefits

A friend of mine says he is a shareholder of both Norwegian and Carnival cruise lines, and you just need to own 100 shares and you can get all kinds of benefits. What companies do you own stock of where you get certain benefits (besides dividends and price appreciation)?

From what I can see it’s only $50-250 credit per room for on board services not prebooked. I mean it’s better than nothing but 100 shares of Norwegian is over $1600 in holdings.
