I've also had rosy cheeks. It's a natural blush. People have asked me a few times if I wear makeup because of my rosy cheeks and thick eyelashes and red lips, similar complexion to the guy in OP's photo. My mother said she had them too, but they faded after she had children. I still have them and I'm in my late 40s. They get more noticeable when it is cold or windy.

R29 That brings back unpleasant memories of growing up.
One of the reasons given for me always receiving paddlings on the bare bottom was so that my dad could judge the severity of the punishment by the color of my ass! As in, anywhere ftom blush pink for an "attitude adjustment" to cherry red for a major infraction.
