A Place to Call Home is my favorite program EVAH. It was so odd without James last season and what they did with Draxl's charachter but I still loved it. Place Called Home was a real guilty pleasure, but they treated his character horribly. I suspect 4 seasons is all they'll produce, since they tied up all of the story lines pretty definitively. Definitely worth a binge if you like soaps.

I'm a long time theater and music fan who first became aware of Tim Draxl when I purchased his cd 'Insongniac' at the Virgin Music store in Times Square in the early 2000's. He's put out 4 cd's that I know of and they are all great if you like hearing a sensitive and expressive young man with a great voice covering standards and theater tunes. His last cd that I know of was a live performance from a club in Australia. There was once an Australian music site called Middle Eight Music that was a great resource for discovering Australian music theater related music but they ceased that part of their operation a few years back.

He does a lovely job acting in the film 'Swimming Upstream' and, in his bathing suit especially, is quite easy on the eyes.
